I have been listening to WVDV-LP 104.9 which transmits apparently from a tower off US 27 somewhere between Sebribg and Avon Park. The station IDs as "Highlands County Community Radio" but interestly has a telephone shared by a radio "network" called Boss Hogg Radio. The coordinates listed for the tower site are incorrect - just music with IDs but no PSAs can be heard. Further details about either Boss Hogg or WVDV would be appreciated.

Google Streetview shows their antenna on Starfish Ave behind a church.
The whole time I was in Sebring I did not hear WAVP nor its FM translator on 107.5 .
Oh yes, the area where the old church was has been bulldozed and is being redeveloped with a new church in part of the zone, still not finished The tower (and antenna) are no longer there. Please take a look at historic timeline photos for 3700 Valerie Blvd and 6406 US-98 in Sebring, Florida . By 2021 no church/no tower but in 2018 both items were there.
