WVER-FM Rutland?

Vermont Public Classical is listing a new affiliate in its top-of-hour ID marathon today, WVER (107.5) Rutland. I see a WVER(TV) in the FCC records, but not a WVER-FM. Nothing listed on Radio-Locator for that frequency at all, not even a construction permit. Anyone know anything more about this station?

Radio-Locator DOES NOT show CP's or Silent signals. As they're disclaimer states, "It's for entertainment purposes only" and not legitmate data. Use @Michi's FCCData.org

Thanks. No indication there that it's on the air, but if this is the first day, that's understandable. Do I read it correctly as 450 watts at 363 meters AAT? I should be able to hear it here, then, will have to give it a try in the car later. Only home radio I have is a Grundig portable that's not a good FM performer.
