WVLT 92.1...The "Cruisin" positioning gone?

I think this vaguely covers Philadelphia...I tuned in to WVLT for the first time in a long time. Lou Costello is on, and does not use "Cruisin". He calls it "92.1 WVLT". Reminds me of when WOGL phased out "Oldies" from the description. Is this more of time marches on/moving forward type of thing?
