I'm not sure what to refer to them as: WVMB-LP 2.0, WVMB-LP Mark II, The Second Coming of WVMB-LP?
Either way, they turned in one LPFM license with a signal that could not reach their church nor the city of Madison for a new one on the same frequency (107.9) with the same call letters but with a better, more powerful signal.
I've known of LPFMs that swapped their license for a full-power license, but never seen this situation before.
