WVNJ in the NYC Ratings (Trends)

They do get an OK signal into much of the New York market. The on-air product is good - if only they could get rid of those !@#$ i infomercials. LISTEN ONLINEmms://65.19.134.2/wvnj-am

Based on the format "itself" you can see why they need to supplement the on-air programming with those %$#@ infomercials. Ideally if they could confine them to the weekends they would be in much better shape, but I do recall the last time that I listened that they played them weekdays at noon. To give credit where credit is due, they ARE still on the air with a format that is so-called "dead." Part of me can't help but wonder how long before we hear "ethnic" programming on AM 1160 :-[

Unless Air America Radio moves (all or some of their programming over) if and when they get evicted from WLIB. ???
