WWBA 1040 has timing problem... Do they listen to their own signal??

There is about a 5 second timing error between WWBA's automation and the various networks. Causing spots, liners etc. to run over on each other. Makes you wonder if anyone is listening???? Been like this now for several days. If I was buying time on that station, I would be angry
