WWBA and Bill O'Reilly

Looks like John Gibson is going to take over O'Reilly's radio show on Jan 19th. WWBA would be smart to take this program. Gibson does a good radio show. It's too bad that O'Reilly is leaving radio... He and Larsen seem to be their only salable programs.

John Gibson is on 860 WGUL

sbe1... you're right... John Gibson does a terrific job with the radio show. No surprise... dig under his TV career and you'll find KFWB-AM's call letters from the mid 70's.

But as to taking over the 12-2 slot on Westwood One....I don't know about that. John's currently hosting the 6pm - 9pm show on Fox News Radio, and while I can't clear the show live, you can hear it from 12mid - 3am on 860 WGUL. (we started running it back in November.)

We're also clearing Tom Sullivan's Radio Show in the same time slot (12-3am) on 930 WLSS.

the time limit for modifying my post ran out...

Gibson is moving to 12p-3p on Fox Talk Radio on Jan 19, and yes, we'll still continue to run it.

Isnt O'Reilly's syndicator the WOR network? Maybe its WW1. If I recall, Fox News Channels radio stars are NOT syndicated by Fox Radio. I didnt realize Salem in Tampa had Gibson. I always liked him when he subbed for O'Reilly or others. Now, if we could get you Salem guys to put Boortz and Gibson on during the day...... sigh... maybe someday....
