Or very kind, if you like to DX FM as per your examples. I still get a kick out of distant FMs unexpectedly popping in, even if they're blocking a local. Used to enjoy that on broadcast TV, too, when I'd flip around the dial and see a station coming in clearly on, say, Channel 2, followed by an i.d. for "CBS 2, Denver."
