WWE NXT to be shown online after this week.

I saw the link on gerweck.net that the show will be moving online to air as a webcast on wwe.com after this week's show.

As part of their deal with Syfy, NXT must leave the channel before Smackdown debuts.

I've got a feeling that this will mark the slow end of NXT.

To me I'm turned off by the concept.

How about building wrestlers the old fashioned way of putting them out there and let the crowd decided whether they he or she will succeed.

To me, that's the "real" problem in wrestling today; lack of patience.

NXT needed to die, or at least be shuttled to platforms that hardcore fans might enjoy it.

WWE couldn't figure out whether it should be a straight up wrestling show for younger talent, a refresh of the Tough Enough concept, or a punk-poor live copy of The Ultimate Fighter for wrestling. For my tastes, I didn't see the need for the rasslin' trivia contests, the keg carrying races, the crappy theme song, or a competition for kissing ugly actresses. And I especially didn't need see or hear more of the horrible Matt Striker.

Things were better when it was the backdoor third hour of Raw titled 'ECW'. Goodbye and good riddance, NXT.
