WWHK sold???

According to allaccess.com, Vox Media's Capitol Broadcasting Corp is selling 102.3FM WWHK to Birch Broadcasting. I can't seem to find any info of an upcoming transaction on the FCC's website and I can't seem to find any holdings that this company has anywhere in the northeast. In fact, I can't seem to even find a website for the Birch Broadcasting. Is it possible allaccess.com meant Birach broadcasting? Anyone out there have the 411 on this?

"BIRCH BROADCASTING is buying control of silent WWHK/CONCORD, NH from VOX MEDIA's CAPITOL BROADCASTING CORP., INC./CONCORD BROADCASTING, LLC for $1 million. The station had been operated until AUGUST under an LMA to NASSAU BROADCASTING, which held an option to buy, but the FCC ruled that WWHK put NASSAU over the ownership cap for the CONCORD market."

I wonder if this transaction will close.
A million dollars sounds lot a lot of money for just a stick. Especially a relatively signal-challenged one.
Heard a rumor that Birch Broadcasting are some of the same folks who ran the now-defunct ratings service. Can anyone confirm?

COMMENT: Birch Broadcasting is buying the stock of Capitol Broadcasting Corporation, licensee of WWHK-FM/Concord, N.H., from Vox Media Corp. for $950,000, payable in cash at closing. $100,000 deposit. Birch Broadcasting is assuming Nassau Broadcasting's rights to purchase the company's stock.

A Google of "Andrew Sumereau" reveals a plethora of online columns with a conservative bent. I wonder if he is going to put conservative satellite talk on the air. Will that sell in more-liberal-than-conservative Concord?

The city would then have five "talkers": All right-wing talk and Manch/state news on WGIR-AM; News, information, with slight libertarian-bent talk and lots of sports on WTPL-FM; hyper-local news and "community conversation" on WKXL-AM; and NPR/NHPR on WEVO-FM. Very interesting indeed.
