WWJ's daytime signal has been unreliable

Daytime power levels have been well below licensed specs intermittently now for the past few weeks. Most days, signal is much weaker than it should be. At times, they'll be operating at or near full strength, and then a few hours later, reception will be noticeably weaker.

Nighttime power seems fine; booms in like usual.

Anyone know what's going on?
