I DX'ed WWL up here in Avon (20 min west of Cleveland, Ohio) last night as late as 11:15PM CDT. I did hear on-air that FEMA (Federal Emergency Magagement Agency) would try to equip WWL as best as possible. Hopefully everyone's OK.
