WWL-TV Streaming Video

Just a word to/for/about WWL-TV's streaming video on-line and on-air work in general covering "Katrina" and her aftermath:

Damned fine job! Pictures are exceptional...commentary is sharp and precise...coverage is very much appreciated by this New Orleanian a long way from home.

I hope and pray that we will all be back in N'Awlins soon for red beans and rice Mondays, "throw me something, mister" moments from my favorite Endymion parades, a Bourbon-and-water at any bar in the Quarter followed by Cafe Du Monde coffee with chickory and a plate of beignets to kill that Bourbon hangover! :)

Keep the faith!

I have to agree that WWL-4 has done an outstanding job covering the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

So too (on their webstream; I believe their transmitter was knocked-off the air and is still off-the-air) did WDSU-6.

It's no surprise. Both WWL and WDSU have long been considered among the best local television news operations in the country.
