It would appear that with Cumulus buying out Citadel, Lite Rock 105 will be making some changes. Most notably, they will no longer be called "Lite ROCK 105," and they will go back to simply being called "Lite 105," and try to be more like they were back in the 80s and early 90s playing mostly non-current and if current, only the slow songs. They are doing this because listeners have been complaining about LITE Rock stations being too upbeat. This will be a very nice change. And check your calender...

Too Bad because the music they play is not LITE ROCK and yes it is Too upbeat for a Lite Rock moniker.

BTW on an all 80's weekend how about playing ALL EIGHTIES. By that I mean toss in ssome Def Leopard and Van Halen.It's the weekend let loose.WTF
