I forgot to save the link, but if you go to the Citizen-Times web site, click on "opinion", then click on "Letters to the Editor", then change the "OPINION02" to "NEWS01", and click on "Saturday" there's an article about how things used to be.

I'm not sure how others go to news but that's how I do it. look for the Instaletters first since "Opinion" is one of the options. Then the letters to the editor. Somehow I discovered that real news is "NEWS01".
