WWPW-HD2 - Peach

No. I don‘t see Peach 96-1 HD2 on the app. The Peach you are talking about is a different station. Very easy listening. Our Peach is something between AC and classic hits. Sounds like a live commercial station - without the commercials.
That version don't stream?

96.1 HD2 and 98.5 HD2 are doing about the same thing.

I'm surprised someone hasn't put all-Christmas on an HD subchannel. Then again, I'm surprised that iHeart hasn't put 96 Rock on a WWPW subchannel.

I know the costs are very low setting up a HD 2 or 3 station, but if the local sales people thought it they could sell it or get extra $$$ on a sale as a "throw in" it would happen. I can only guess there are not enough HD enabled radios to make it attractive to agencies, or worse these formats are dead in Atlanta due to the demographics and may never happen. The all Christmas money usually goes to 104.7. That would really be a hard sell on a HD 2 or 3 signal.

I'm just saying this because HD-only stations (without translators) are starting to show up in Nielsen. It's generally only a 0.1-0.2 share, but it's something. And if the programming already exists (like with 96 Rock), the incremental cost can't be that much.

WABE-HD2, WVEE-HD2, and WSTR-HD2 are some examples.

Is that The Peach station you can find in the iHeart Media player on HD2 now with the 'Easy hits non of the pits' pay-off?
That Peach (Easy Hits. None of the Pits) which is a tribute to the old automated easy listening stations is unaffiliated with iHeartMedia (the radio company) - it's ours. It does stream on the iHeartRadio app (amongst other places), though, as all of our streaming stations do. Glad to have the ears though!

We love to listen to The Peach, as well as Charlie's 80s Attic and Biltmore Radio.
