Bloomington/Peoria WWQC is on the air?

I have been DXing for a few years from the Chicago Suburbs and have been receiving station WWQC in Clifton, IL and noticed some odd things... For one they are according to the FCC (what they told them) they operate from a tower that doesn't exist anymore which sparks the question what tower do they even operate from?? They also shouldn't even be on the air yet they air the programming of "The Life FM" and I have been observing this since Late 2024 to now. My thing with it is why aren't they telling the FCC they are on the air and are transmitting from a different site? One thing I did notice however regarding the "different site" is that they have an aux from 2011 and they could be txing from it however it seems there is no FM antennas on the TX seems to just be cellular however I could be wrong within that.

.
It just leads me with some questions and maybe they can be answered here!

I cant imagine the FCC would let a station be silent for 5 years.. they filed an Silent STA in 2/21.. and thats it, the FCC shouldve caught up by now.

I wonder if this has fallen through the cracks, if they forgot to file a resumption of operations notification or forgot to file somethign else... or something they filed didnt make it to the FCC Database
