WWVH instead of WWV in S. Texas

At approx 2120 UTC, on 15000 khz I heard WWVH almost as loud and clear as WWV at that time and freq. Usually WWV is dominant, with WWVH faintly heard in the co-channel background. But not today, only WWVH and no WWV anywhere near 15000 khz. Maybe its the weather, its been raining heavily for the past 2 days, with a NE wind. Its just rather unsual for WWVH to be so audible during daylight. Also picked up Radio Australia on 15515.

No weather issue but I remember hearing WWVH dominating at times on 15 MHZ in Ohio late at night. Used to get Radio Tahiti too
