I just checked www.FCC.gov for evidence of filing of application for promised improvement of signal for WOKI 98.7. As of this morning no applications filed. Last months announcement mentioned improvement of signal by Citadel in a couple of months. You got to get those things approved by FCC so you would think they would have filed it by now. I guess another empty promise.

Very true. To 'go green' they used the back of old Citadel stock certificates. Unfortunately for them, the FCC has to now borrow hazmat suits to process them. There are some things even a government agency won't touch.
