www.m1live.com MUSIC ONE IS BACK!!!

I noticed that station was back too. Im glad they finally decided to bring it back. They always where a qaultiy House leaned station, but it didnt ignore good trance and Breaky stuff eaither... Plus hey had kille processing. THE SQ is OKAY now, but look for it to get much better in the coming months,,,, maybe even weeks.

Well the other day they had 30 max listeners worth of bandwidth and 5 people listening, now they already up to 160 listeners in a few weeks time. I see the return of this station is gonna put a serious thorn in other Dance hit stations butts, but they have a little more of a UK house=trance lean to them than the other Dance hits stations in the U.S...

They have 2 128k streams. A 30 slot and AOL. They've been sittin' around 150+ since their return. I'm sure it'll go back up. It's not easy to go away for a year and then expect the same impact.

Their format is a bit 'too cool for the room' for the average commercial dance fan, but they serve a purpose. There's room for all of us.

Explain to me how this is going to put a thorn in any dance station's butt?

As Edger said Brett,,, It might take a few of the former listeners of m1live from other Dance stations that have been listening to something else since m1live went bye bye... It will probably affect more of the Uk stations than the U.S ones.....

Hey Guys

Great to hear people have started to rediscover the station again.

Its almost a month since we came back and the listner figure are slowly starting to climb.

There's no new website as of yet, but the forums have relaunched.

But more importantly the sound processing is now set back to what it was before... hope you all enjoy.

Cheers!

I was a listener of MusicOne for quite a long time and was sad to see it go the first time around. I haven't heard the new rendition yet, but if this comes off as it did years ago then for the US I'll go as far and say this. Once Internet streaming stations are available on car stereos, this station will be one of the major reasons why I'd want a unit!

I can listen to net radio in the car with my Blackberry.. Just get an unlimited plan,,, I was driving around town listening to Slam Fm Holland a few minutes ago.... Streaming works on some, but not all stations.
