I noticed on all of my HD radios today that they are detecting an HD signal is present on WWWQ-FM but they will not lock into the HD signal. The "HD" light just continues to blink but will not switch over to the digital signal from the analog. What is causing this? The other Atlanta HDs are coming in just fine.

WWWQ-HD Not Locking In

I can think of a half dozen things which might cause that symptom. Probably lack of manpower has kept it from being corrected, regardles the cause. In a situation of severely limited resources and rolling out a new technically demanding format, an HD problem isn't likely to be high on the priority list for the Engineering folks.
same here, flashing HD indicator but staying analog.
