WXBK 94.7 New HD3

WXBK 94.7 now has an HD3. They are playing pop songs in English that I’m unfamiliar with. There are announcements and commercials in a foreign language.
Can anyone identify the language? I’m guessing Korean.

I caught it earlier today. I was expecting Radio Korea to go to 93.1 WPAT HD2 because that subchannel just got reactivated. I guess that won't be the case after all.

Who , if anyone, is hosting the other 2 that were on WVIP?

Talkline Network(Jewish) and Linkup radio(Caribbean)
None that I can think of. Only Radio Korea has returned to HD. It will probably be used to feed the 98.3 and 101.5 translators that used to simulcast WVIP HD4.

Could a Franken FM be used as the primary station for a translator? I do remember W268AN was a simulcast of Party 87.7 in 2010.

The "Party FM" simulcast on 87.7 only lasted from Nov 2009 until Jan 2010. W268AN was a simulcast of WPTY after the WNYZ-LP simulcast was dropped. Franken FMs cannot be used as the primary station for FM translators.
