WXBT 100.1 the Beat

They sound a lot better now than when they signed on. They sound more like Columbia instead of your run of the mill Urban top 40 station. Some Dj's have migrated from WHXT and they now have a weeknight slow jam show. But overall, it's an ok station. Nothing will compare to The Big DM in the late 90's-early 2000's.

How are they different than the late '90s, early 2000 version of The Big DM?
