WXCH 103.1 Versailles is currently running a continuous loop saying they have moved to 99.3 (WSCH/Aurora). Not much of a stretch to figure that the order to take it dark for WRKA's upgrade to 50KW is imminent...
 
Didn't part of all those reassignments give WXCH a move to 102.9 in Hope, IN? 102.9 was vacated by Korn Country in Edinburgh in favor of 100.3 and a power boost (thanks to the move of WIFE to Norwood).
 
Yes, WXCH has a CP to move to 102.9 in Hope. However, for the current listeners, it's pretty much dead. It will be operating at 500 watts, and the citygrade signal contours of 102.9 and 103.1 don't overlap at all.
