WXER Plymouth/Sheboygan format

Is there a timeframe for the format to shift from the lame-o Hot AC
that they were doing to a really good Mainstream CHR?? I imagine
Midwest won't let it twist in the wind much longer. The Spring
book is a month away and WXER sounds the same as it did pre-Midwest.
They could also use a couple of decent jocks, especially one in
Middays.

I doubt seriously that there are any major changes in "the point's" future, considering their strong numbers in the last 3 books.
They are also no.2 with women 25-54, just behind new sister WBFM.

I gotta' say, if you look at the last book, the middays was the highest rated in Sheboygan, Women 25-54. So we must be doing something right in the middays slot - and the fact that we are now live instead of voictracked unlike every other station in the market is probably making some of the difference. And just what do you have against me? I'd like to know who you are - If you've got beef with me, my e-mail address is [email protected] I look forward to you not being a chicken.
Thanks.

Sheboygan's 104.5 The Point

I always found The Point to be a very interesting Hot AC. Beats the crap out of WMYX and WKTI any day. I've heard Jon Demaster on there a few times (gotta love DX) He sounds fine.

There really isn't much need for a CHR in Sheboygan.

WIXX plays the rock and pop hits
WXSS plays the rhythmic ones

both cover the area decent enough<P ID="signature">______________

Hey Jon.... are you guys in the Midwest Washington Ave. studios yet or still in Sheboygan Falls???? Just curious.
I really don't think the guy ( or gal) is even in the business. Just some kid who wants an rythmic based chr in Sheboygan now that 99.7 went "jack". I don't see that working up here. Like the other post said between WIXX and Kiss Sheboygan is pretty well covered chr wise.He probably listens to you while he is in his car in the High School Parking lot eating his lunch. :)
To be honest all you guys on "the point" always sounded great. I am suprised that Riley has not gone to a bigger market. He really turned that station around when he became P.D. back in 2000. Heck XER pushed 106.5 right out of the hot ac format.
