Agreed with the above re: Hall Communications - great radio employer, and great radio stations.
Here's Max 98.3's online stream.
They ended up getting 102.7 Jack FM in Baltimore from CBS; at the moment, they are still "102.7 Jack FM" - for now, anyway...

Pretty much the idea is a well rounded Hot AC. However with older 60's and 70's tracks mixed in. Added Wilson Pickett Particularly for the enjoyment of MsMusicRadio.Also with more R&B and Dance Tracks. Sounds like a music train-wreck to some but a well-rounded, 5 decades approach sounds good to me.
The stations can also have themed days or at the very least themed request hours. Like a day of playing music about cars. This requires personalities however, which means Cox can't go HAL.
