WXKS-AM And WILD-AM Very Weak

As of 1:00 pm today (Wednesday) both WXKS-AM 1430 and WILD-AM 1090 have been operating with reduced power for almost two days. WXKS-AM's IBOC hash has been turned off so I can get WASR 1420 in the Lakes Region of NH plus warring signals from the two 1440's in Maine and Woostah. Thus about half of Boston's AM stations are below spec when you count the threesome on Sawmill Brook Pahkway.

Are you sure that you didn't accidentally turn your radio about a quarter turn a couple of days ago? I can't confirm your report.

Call it the radio-info.com law: within two hours after any observation that a station is weak or off-the-air, it's back to normal operations...at least in the case of WXKS-AM. Can't tell about WILD, though, on my car radio.
