WXKS-AM Pickup; Could It Be Football?

So the Octobers PPMs are available, with few surprises. Over the past six months, during which the days were long, and WXKS-AM could count on having its best coverage, its rating and cume were not promising; in fact the cume was declining. But now, they've had an uptick of 10,000 or so. They now air college and pro football on Saturdays and Sundays...ciould this be the source of additional listeners?
