WXLO off the air today

i was on my way to work at 4am and heard 104.7 and skipped right by 104.5 i wonder if there is transmitter problems again

They must have been on and off. I heard them on before noon today and they seemed at full power with RDS.
 
I was in Burlington while WXLO was off the air and I got alot of different stations briefly on 104.5. No station seemed to stay a while.

Seems like WXLO has been going off the air alot lately, what has been going on?
