WXMS is now "Me TV"

Started Monday morning WXMS 27, WBMS 10. Someone else said it was going to be on a subchannel, but its not up yet.
 
Yeah, they started last week showing only "Streets of San Francisco" from 11-12 in the mornings. This has been the only thing they have shown so far from MeTV - it may be some sort of testing. According to their website, there is a projected launch date of 9/19 for over the air WXMS 27. Last week, rabbitears.info (http://www.rabbitears.info/market.php?request=print_market&mktid=111) had MeTV listed as WDBD sub-channel 40-2, but today it is no longer listed. Maybe it was the initial plan to put it on a subchannel???
 
I don't get 27 on cable, but the audio is terrible. Is it also messed up on cable? channel 10's audio is better but the signal is weaker in my area.

I've noticed that the station on channel 51 is now on channel 23 still on low power. mostly religon. any word on if they ever plan to go full power? The orginal application was 1 million watts, which would give it good coverage.
