Just saw in All Access that they are looking for a new PD/PM drive talent for The Max. This will be their 3rd PD since they flipped, right? What's the deal on Murray Road? Why are they having trouble hanging on to programmers? They only two that haven't changed recently are Lance Tidwell at Kix, and Henry Nelson at WRBO.

Does the absence of any response to the previous post after 2 days indicate a total lack of interest iin what's happening at WXMX? D & Z are treading water and after that, they have nothing.

Well, at least that temporarily delays the rumor that they are about to flip.

Well, I wouldn't read into the lack of response that there is a lack of interest. Don't know about anyone else, but while I try to check this site (still quite new to me) every day or so...I can't always get to it. So, keep posting littlebigradio, whoever you are. Sorry folks, but I don't know the names behind the handles. I'm guessing I know a lot of those who post.

As for 98 and 100, something has to give...doesn't it? Having started at WREC in '74 and then being an original staffer at Rock 103, I probably had my head and other body parts stuff in the past. That said, I never know what to expect if i tune to 100 and 103's playlist doesn't seem much different than what we played in the 70s. Lots of old crap on 98 too. Hell, who am I to talk? I still have all my Billy Joel albums...and I do mean albums.

Randi Rayzor is doing afternoons on an interim basis.

I agree, but 100 had a slightly up book. Knowing the mentaility over there, this will convince them they are doing everything right again and nothing will change....again.

I enjoy listening to Drake and Zeke. Megan and Randi are also very good. 98.1 THE MAX is a much better station, from jocks to playlists, than ROCK 103 and deserves better ratings.

I would hate to hear what you consider "bad radio".

Drake and Zeke sound more bored than I am listening to them.

The two ladies they have on are doing every cliche of "breathy, sexy rock chicks". The only problem is they sound like valley girls.

Alice Cooper=Good Artist/Alice Cooper=Bad Radio Show

Other than those issues, they sound fine!
