WXPN expansion

WXPN is a great station. Not only do you hear newer artist but also older artist who make new music will receive airplay. Over the past couple of years Bob Seger, The Pretenders, Fleetwood Mac, and Al Green have released new music. The commericial stations just keep playing the old tunes by these artist while ignoring their new music. This is not the case with WXPN. WXPN is one of the best radio staions in the country!

Furthermore Im very dissapointed in Todd Mayor for his negative opinions about WXPN! Otherwise a nice guy.

hey pickle buddy. we don't have a wdiy here like you have in the lehigh valley market. my only gripe is local people don't have the licenses. it's not that i don't like xpn. i really enjoy the 80's throwback show robert drake does.

Geo: That Central Penn Business School station never went on the air, did it? They had a CP but never acted on it, as I recall, and sold the CP to Temple U. Am I remembering that correctly?

I think you're right about that.. I don't recall ever hearing them on air. I had a pretty decent DX setup with a rooftop Yagi back in those days when I was living near Lancaster, and I never did log WUCP.
