WXRS 100.5 Swainsboro Move to Portal

What is the latest on the move for WXRS from Swainsboro to Portal Ga and the increase in power? I don't believe it has occured yet but was curious if anyone had the 411 on this.

A lot of the south Georgia stations have sorta "froze" in terms of building new facilities, signing on new CPs etc...

WBAW's move to Pembroke as a Savannah rimshot is probably DOA too.

I say this is largely due to a soft economy outside of Savannah. Many of the rural communities are getting hit hard by the economic "crisis".
