WXVA Winchester

The FCC has received a License To Cover filing for W221EQ in Front Royal, Virginia. While the antenna site did not change, the pattern has shifted to favor Winchester and have weaker coverage toward s Front Royal. The translator will relay WXVA. What's funky is the antenna is a Moxon. I used six meter band version on Field Day for good results but this is first time I recall that a broadcaster is using one.
