WYBP Signal Upgrade

The station has applied to upgrade from a Class A to a C3 from the WFLL (1400) stick at NW 19'th Street & Interstate 95 in Fort Lauderdale. There will be deep nulls toward WKCP & WVUM, but not toward WCNO & WPBI.
