Why does this station air a test patteren on 20.2 HD. Also another funny thing notice how the suckiest station (Ch 38 PAX or I) has the most sub channles.. i think 5 or so. and theres junk on all of them.
Suckiest? Living around Chicago, you may have already noticed that there are ALOT of people in the world besides yourself. Pax might be targeting people other than YOU. WHAT A CONCEPT! I suggest you BUY a tv station and see how well you would do.
Maybe if "i" cuts back on the infomercials on the main channel instead of reserving the classic TV line-up for digital viewers, then maybe "i" won't "stink" so bad. But as long as there's 17 hours of infomercials a day on "i" -- no wonder DirecTV wanted to drop them.
WCPX is just airing what the rest of the Pax or no "I Network" run
Starting next Monday Channel 38 and "I" will add on reruns of Mama's Family and Green Acres. Which according to the TV schedules I've Green Acres will be on both Channels 38 and 23
Well tjthedj they are targeting nobody. Its 95% infomercials. or maybe people who like that sort of thing. Lets put it this way its a "suckie" station for that reason. and if you wanna take a pole on this board you will find that 99% of the people thinks it sucks also. If I had a sation I would do just what WWME did. not infomrcials. that does not serve the community and has no entertainment value. If you need those infomercials to pay the bills well you ran that station poorly and should close up shop.
Truthfully, it really doesn't matter what is programmed, but they can come close to black ink with infomercials. See, They have to compete in "the big league" of CHICAGO. The owners of 38 will make their money when they SELL the channel.
There was a press release on the i Network's website announcing they've struck a deal with Warner Brothers and Sony to air classic TV shows and movies from both distribution companies. According to SITCOMSONLINE.COM i will be gradually phasing in the new programming so as not to completely turn off their current viewers.
Speaking of 38 they used to have six subchannels and recently went to 5. I think it was one of the ' I '
feeds that are gone because they still have TLN and FAITH.
