They already did. The application to assign WUBE, WKRQ and WSWD to Bonneville was filed with the application for WYGY. The other stations are included if you read the entire application.
I don't know. However, it's been like that for quite awihle. If you want information on the Clear Channel deal to go private, for example, you can't look under just any Clear Channel station. I looked under KBME 790 in Houston.
