WYGY?

I understand the cost if your not successful.

They might be able to look at 550 WKRC tower site.
I guess the WKRC towers are around 300 feet.

It would be a little further south but something else could be done.

I really doubt that Clear Channel is going to let Bonneville put an FM antenna on one of their AM towers.  Anything extra attached to an AM tower is a loser anyway.  It's a problem.  There is a newer tower in Wilder just above I-275 if you're going east.  That looks like an incredible site for an FM, but you'd have to get an entirely new study doen, and since it's not too far from Taylor Mill, the result is probably the same or maybe NOT as good becasue that small amount of distance could cause an overlap.

If there's any potential gain from an upgrade, I'm sure they'd do it.  But watch for Country on 94.1 or 96.5 if the rock format suddenly takes a dive.  B105 is hurting Warm and WGRR.  That's gotta be stopped if you're Cumulus. Even if Country stays on 97.3, it's such a non-factor it won't matter. Maybe they'll move it to 94.9 again? That wouldn't piss anybody off!

Well 96.5 use to be on WLW's tower, it may still be there didn't check.

Q102 is also on a tower, I'm sure that CC owns WKRC 12. Why would they mind they would be making money on tower leasing.

Isn't the format stipulation preventing 96.5 from being country still in effect for at least another year or so. Because I could swear there was something that prevented 96.5 from being country from the great frequency flip a few years back.

I would think WYGY around the WCVX AM tower site might be a good location for a C3.
Looks like there might be enough space in that area for a 500 foot tower.

I think 96.5 was doing country back around 2004, 2005...

Maybe the radio war should be started early by changing WYGY to Sunny Sonny Variety 97.3 relocate to WLWT tower site, would help them get the 7 - 5:30 crowd downtown.

B105 is not hurting Warm and WGRR. Warm and WGRR are doing it all by themselves. They suck!
