Sloppy sounding, very loose station. Does not sound like a station in market #105. Jocks sound bored and unfamiliar with the promotions and goings on of the station. Afternoon guy sounds inexperienced. Sounds like a college station.

Well, I guess that explains why I didn't see them listed in the Arbitrons on the Radio and Records site. Are they REALLY getting a 0.0 with an in-town stick?!? Who believes a format change is in order?

Perhaps Summit needs to bring the hertiage back to 103.9 and put either their alternative or classic rock station on that signal because adult CHR doesn't seem to be cutting it.

Seeing the WXKE calls and any form of rock on 103.9 would be sort of cool to see again. There's always going to be the arugment that another rock station would oversaturate the FW market, but from a nostalgic standpoint, maybe classic rock or even rock-driven oldies or classic hits might not sound too bad. Guess it would depend on how satisfied Summit would be on letting the station position itself as a niche format.
