I noticed this last night driving around in Lafayette, but WYNK is now simulcasting WQUE's urban format out of New Orleans on its HD2, complete with commercials and the Steve Harvey morning show. It replaces an automated New Country format from Clear's Format Lab.
I don't know if it's a permanent move or not, but if anything, it gives Clear Channel some vague competition against Max and Q106—if anyone can hear it, that is. I intend to listen a little bit later today; WYNK-FM HD2 being included in the legal ID would suggest this is more than temporary.
(Thinking out loud: Is CC about to buy/turn on an FM translator and begin simulcasting 101.5-HD2, thereby giving it a more accessible signal?)
