WYOK #1 in Mobile?

The spring book for Mobile comes out on Tuesday and it sounds like ol' Brian Landrum has already bought the Champagne... Look for WYOK Kicks 104.1 to debut #1 12+... that's right folks, worst to first, you heard it first here.

Last week the WPMI TV 15 news was interviewing the Mobile County sheriff at his desk. Throughout the entire shot you could see a whole stack of Kicks 104.1 swag on his desk. He was even drinking from a Kicks 104.1 coffee mug. I'm suprised that Clear Channel would allow something like this to air. If they had just tightend the camera shot 10-20% none of the Kicks swag would have been seen.

LMAO! So, what exacty were you smoking when you posted that?

I ask because I'm looking at the 12+ numbers in front of me right now and WYOK is down a half share from their last book as HOT 104, currently sitting at 12th in the market. In fact, ALL of the country signals that can be heard in the Mobile market went down. Congratulations are in order to Jammer and the crew at WABB-FM for regaining their dominance once again, pulling just shy of a 9.0 share.

However, I will give some credit to KICKS 104.1 in Pensacola, where they are up almost a full share.
