Oh I wouldn't exactly say that. Can't speak for the rest of the board, but I sent copies to my crew under the header "if you ever ask me to do that...".

Did I read it right that it was the PD who came up with the horses? I've had PDs who understood how to motivate engineers (something on the order of "there's a case of beer waiting at the transmitter"), and PDs who have called me parts of a horse, but none who offered such a ride to the tower.
