WYOU TV

I'm watching WYOU TV...The news comes on at 4:00 PM and it's Mark Hiller anchoring.

I've always liked Mark..to me he's one of the nice guys in this business.

Does anyone know exactly what's going on at that station?

dunno what you're asking, but it does seem 22 is starting to increase their news commitment and break away from borrowing everything from 28. looks like 22 gave up morning news (well, it was just a simulcast of 28 anyhow, so no big loss) but they added a noon cast, a 4 p.m. cast (the first in NE PA ... good for them, philly's been doing it for 10 years already) and a 7 p.m. cast to compete with the fine folks at 16. of course also the 11 p.m. i actually enjoy their news the best of the three news stations in NE PA. they've improved and cover the entire TV market quite well without the folksy crap on 16. the weather on 22 is also much more scientific.

I've actually sampled WYOU's newscast via cable in Upstate New York, of all places. It's carried on Time Warner Cable channel 57 in Otisville.
