WYRE Staffs '65-'69

I never worked at WYRE but I did work with Jack Alix at WEEL and Barry Richards at WHMC in the D.C. 'burbs. 2 really interesting cats! Also worked at WPGC. Great times in radio in the late '60's and early 70's in the D.C. area and WYRE was always on a pre-set on the car radio. There was top-40 all across the dial, WCAO in Batimore, WYRE, WLPL in LaPlata,, WWDC, WEEL, WEAM, WPGC WINX in Rockville. And of course the soul stations like WOL and WUST in D.C. WYRE was a great sounding station, you really had it cookin'!
