WZLX has been off all night

Sometime after midnight, WZLX went off the air, and has been off ever since. This has to be the longest I've heard a major Boston (Pru or FM-128) station off the air. With it off, I've been hearing WTHK in Vermont, WTBM in Maine, WHUD in the Hudson Valley, and W264AJ Long Island.

Their HD is actually still on the air, just running dead air, and no HD2 or 3.
 
Transmitter and/or antenna maintenance. Maybe disk jockey studio fumigation. Don't worry. The world won't end without them.

I'm not "worried," I wish it would happen more often! It's back on the air now.
 
Damn, where else can I hear that Deep Purple song that I have heard 2 zillion times!?

Ouch, I am right here you know.....it was regular maintenance...did a sign off and everything...I was there all night broadcasting on the internet to at least 5 people....I hope

Just to clarify, for my post anyway, when I said I wish it would happen more often, I meant for any station in Boston, just for DX reasons. Format/quality wise, WZLX is high on my list.

never heard ZLX before, but BelMizik and Curry were off on 91.3,5 yesterday morning, was nice to hear worcester and UNH.. usually cant get MFO here either :/

BelMizik is the 91.3 pirate from somewhere around the Dorchester or Mattapan area?
