Well first, It's WLZW. He seems fine. and they continue to kick the crap out of the Clear Channel. Need we say more.

Well, the guy hasn't been in place for a ratings book until the one that's going on right now. So far, they're still selling and riding on the numbers from when the old PD was there. No clear picture of how the new guy's doing until February when the fall numbers come out.

Not expecting big changes; just noting that you can't evaluate the guy's success or failure in tangible terms just yet.

It'll be interesting to see how the new guy does in afternoons compared to the old guy, and how the station does in general with a PD who's fresh to the station and to the market.

On a side note, it'll also be interesting to see if Kiss continues to tank, or if the latest round of Airshift Musical Chairs finally results in an improvement.

WLZW hasn't made any dramatic changes and the new guy sounds pretty good in afternoons, that coupled with McVay consulting I suspect the numbers will continue with no major bumps in the road. If CC hopes to take the market leader down they must spend money to do that or it will take ten times longer and they just don't seem to be willing to spend the money or the time on any format they've tried in the last few years. Result: continued failure, funny you think it would start to sink in at some point wouldn't you?
