WZRX Returning?

I noticed a signal on 1590 but no audio this afternoon. Someone had the transmitter on. Does anyone know anything about whats going on at WZRX?

Who's minding the store here? Clear Channel, or did they LMA it to another company?

EDIT: Never mind who's minding the store, it is Clear Channel. But why in the heck would they put on another gospel format here when the one they already have isn't making the revenue? Don't they know that when they signed on Hallelujah and WOAD went FM, that WZRX got hammered? What makes Clear Channel think gospel listeners will go back to AM? Oh well...
