WZRX simulcasting the Score 620

At the top-of-the-hour legal ID, a message mentions a special simulcast of the Score on WZRX 1590. Have we already heard the last of Glory 1590's gospel format? Also, a poster on the Jackson Free Press' message board said that everyone except the engineer will be let go at WJNT and that "nothing will be carried over". Perhaps Clear Channel is lying in wait to see what happens at JNT before making a move? Or could it be just a technical issue and they're simulcasting 620 until the technical issues are resolved?

As you know, the stuff posted on message boards is always true.

Wouldn't that be cool? They could bring back Red Wood, the Senator, Rev. Billy, Jayree Clower and Mohammad Walli. Surprised I remember that stuff.

Any Ideas what might happen to WJNT? I guess they will move to the WJMI building.

Someone from AllAccess.com is reading this site: 620 <-> 1590 simulcast made today's AA afternoon update.

Just for fun: want to guess about a possible N/T 'JDX lineup? Burt and Kurt back for mornings? (http://www.burtandkurt.com)?

Going by what the All Access article said, could the Score be switching to 1590? If CC were to bring in a news-talker, that may be a smart move because 620 has a stronger signal and given that a news-talk station may have better ratings than sports, it would be best to maximize that audience.

Someone on an email list Im part of posted a high school sports schedule for 1590 WZRX. Will this change due to the simulcast?

My prediction: Look for WJDX to go News-Talk with Rush and Dr. Laura. Since Clear Channel owns WJDX and Premiere, it makes sense. Makes one wonder why they never did it before since they took Rush/Dr. Laura awaay from non-CC stations in many other markets. Same could happen in Meridian where Rush/Dr. Laura is on WMOX, but CC owns WFFX.
