WZUN ever coming back to Oswego County ?

Why is it necessary to have TK99/105 on two frequencies in Oswego County, 105.5 and 106.1 (where WZUN Sunny 102 used to be) ? I noticed the "106.1 FM in Oswego, NY" has been taken down from Sunny 102's website, and the "Translator W291BU Fulton" has been taken out of their identifier. So I have a feeling it's never coming back.

If they're not putting it back, one of those transmitters should start simulcasting 105.9 The Rebel because that is a much better choice for classic rock, in my opinion -- and it doesn't make it to Oswego clearly.

LOL, that's not the point. The point is that Sunny 102 is no longer in Oswego County, but instead TK99/105 is on the dial twice on 105.5 and 106.1.

Technically, it is... the station's official community of license is Phoenix. I know that doesn't help much if you're on the opposite end of the county, but it's still in the county.

OK, I'm done being a wise aleck. :-X As you were...

LOL. Good point. Although if you look on radio locator, the transmitter is nowhere near Phoenix. It's basically in Lakeland.
