To have a format change, you need a format. Z hasn't had a format in 15 years!! They play evrything from Top 40 to Light AC. Plus, Delilah at night, and for a time the did "All 80's Weekends" starting on Fridays!! They didn't have a format when I worked there, and they don't have one now.
